Just off the main road on the way to Bouillante, Dada serves local food. She is a great character and cooks everything herself. We enjoyed a local chicken colombo, goat stew and fricasee of octopus. I also had fresh ray cooked in butter with diced potatoes. A real treat. She also offered us some of her own dumplings and red beans. Nothing fancy, just good local food, Gwada style.
