I was in Taipei fr a business trip.
In this Hotel there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. only cable connection (slow)
Nobody speak english in the restaurant, the menu was only in Chinese
The quality and the selection of the food for the dinner is quite poor.
Big variety of food for the breakfast but only traditional cousine.
Noisy fridge in the suite during the night

Well...the hotel was OK. I was staying in a room beside the lift, so it was quite annoying when the lift is operating...and the room actually had a balcony, but we can't open it as it was said to be dangerous...hmm...The toilet was spacious. The bed was quite soft....:)

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room met our expectation of a four-star hotel (quite an attractive room and bathroom - very clean with modern decors), but the hotel location is less desirable. It is in a redevelopment area with a few new buildings and, I believe, a shopping centre going up in between Fullon and the Holiday Inn. It is about fifteen/twenty minutes by taxi from downtown, food market, etc. depending on the traffic. We didn't even attempt to try public transportation. Convenience stores are just half a block away, on both sides of Beishen Rd. and quite handy for drinks, beer and snacks.

The hotel, I believe, is largely catered to tour groups, and I saw a lot of them there. Buffet breakfast was included but you have to be there early before the groups, otherwise it would be noisy. They even do eggs (nice omelettes and fried eggs at the station, but communication with the chef was a bit of a challenge for us unless you speak Mandarin).

On the whole, we quite enjoyed staying at Fullon and would return, unless we find somewhere more conveniently located in the centre of town, with similar standard and price.

Recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Have to say it exceeded all expectations. The staff were brilliant, particularly Anke Shi the manager. They will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were extremely well kept and clean. The spa facilities were immaculate, and there was even a small laundry room which you can use FOC. The location was near to Taipei zoo and maokong, and rides to the nearby shopping at 101 and taipei's famous night markets only took ten minute via cab. Overall excellent, and I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Location is on the far side and off, but the hotel manager arranged a shuttle which got us to the nearest MRT on the Muzha line.Front line staff only speak Chinese and can be slow in their responses but again, just ask Mr Hsu and you get all the answers, plus a smile. rooms are well kept and modern, bed is very comfortable, facilities on the 3rd floor are excellent, and breakfast is good. A good hotel to stay for visit to the Maokong area, or if you don't mind a 15 min taxi ride into town. Mr Hsu is ever ready to help with guests and his hospitality does deserve a very special mention.

Located in a busy area with many store front shops and nearby businesses, the Fullon provides for a place to stay near many attractions and with easy access to the city. The staff is friendly and very willing to assist in arranging transportation, tours, and dinner reservations, etc.. The rooms are a nice size and have up to date amenities. The restaurant in the mornings caters to the “tour business” which seems to account for a large part of the hotels population but also provides for a quite dining area for business travelers. The lounge area in the lower level never seemed to be open. The business lounge is a nice place to work outside of your room Overall a great place to stay.
