We are currently staying at the Hampton Inn. Checking out today. First Impression was great! Mona at the front desk was awesome! Friendly, eager to help, and makes you feel like a real guest, that they are happy to have you here! Lobby looks updated and clean, Rooms are nice, and breakfast was good. Only negative about the room was housekeeping, we travel quite a bit and expect our rooms to be restocked everyday. We walked back into room without towels/washclothes restocked - but ones on floor were taken. Nor was coffee items restocked. Had to get our own. Jeremy at the Tiki Bar was super nice & fun. Our kids would have loved the pool area if they were with us. Perfect location to walk to most shopping & dining! And just saw Blue Angel Aircraft practicing right outside balcony. Would def come back & Stay here! Good Job Hampton! FYI - We are Hilton Honors Members and stay at Hilton Family Hotels often.

Room Tip: We stayed on 4th floor - Top Floor with Awesome View!

Make sure when you reserve your room that your reservation states you have a Gulf view, or you will overlook the parking lot. You will pay through the nose on holiday weekends for a simple room with no amenities other than the view. Make sure you get the view!

We stayed here June 21-23,check in staff were all awsome and very well trained as this is what we expect from a hilton property .however when we got in our room ,my son laid on top of his bed and wondered why there was white flakes coming off the bedspread , looked like severe dandruff.we told the front desk and they apologized and sent somebody to replace the bedding.when we came back after dinner,the bedding was changed but I was surprised that nobody followed up and asked us if everything was ok after we complained about this incident. Otherwise hotel had a complimentary hot breakfast which was wonderfull and you can't beat the proximity to the boardwalk and restaurants .we will Definately come back because of the price , if you want luxury , the Hilton is next door

We stayed two nights and did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. Additionally, the fire alarm went off at 6:00 am. Following the alarm, the hotel staff did not provide directions or information about how to proceed. With the false alarm, we sought out the firefighters to see if we were cleared to return to our rooms. Additionally, when I voiced my concerns to the front desk they were unappologetic. Great location, good rooms but housekeeping failed so did leadership following the fire alarm fiasco.

The Hampton Inn website showsa picture of the gulf front first floor room with large glass doors and beach front location. The actual room has a small window with obstructed beach views and pool side loungers looking right at you. For $430 I felt ripped off!

Room Tip: Do not choose a ground floor room!

I had no issues with this hotel at all but where my friends stayed at next door (Holiday Inn) was a little better. This hotel does have a pool and bar out back on the beach and the balcony view of the Gulf is amazing. However the Holiday Inn has a lazy river out back and the cost was about the same. Rooms were nice and comfy, no complaints.

We are glad to hear the you enjoyed our pools and Gilligan's Tiki Bar out back on the pool deck. Our balcony rooms offer a great view of the Gulf and we are centrally located to all the surrounding restaurants and shops. Thanks for staying with us.

This hotel was an average stay. The location in wonderful, but the rooms were a bit pricy for the overall experience. It is located directly on the beach, which is a plus. The rooms were clean but average. The bathroom was a bit smaller than I expected. The staff were friendly overall. The check-in process was seamless and the check-out process just as simple. We were welcomed as gold members, but the overall feel of the place was not what I expected based on the price. I understand that pricing will vary based on location and beach property is expensive. With that said, as Hampton’s go – this one was only average. Parking was limited as there was no way to deter the general beach patrons from parking in the Hotel facility lot. There was no parking decal or other identifying item offered to differentiate hotel tenants from the public. The hotel is very close to the main attractions at the beach allowing easy walking access to most areas once parked. We did not utilize the pool or beach rental options. We are from the area and utilized this stay as a quick get-away. Based on the many other options in the area, I will plan on staying in the Hilton in the future.
