This resort consists of five high-rises. As best I can tell, each unit is independently owned but is "managed" by the overall facility.
We stayed in a two bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo; the layout and size of the unit suited our needs very well. on arrival the unit appeared to be clean; however, when we got in bed we found sand in the sheets (yuck). Most of the furnishings in our unit were decent; since each unit is individually owned, furnishings vary from unit to unit. We intentionally searched for a unit with great views, because the view also obviously varies from unit to unit.
Our only real issue with this resort is the fact that there are not enough common areas to meet the needs of five high-rises worth of families. All of the conveniences offered by this resort are crammed into one small building. The check in and check out area is also tiny considering the size of the resort. Overall this is a decent place to stay, but we will likely opt for a single dwelling Beachhouse next time. There's no point to staying in a densely populated highrise if the resort amenities are lacking.More
