The restaurant is located in a nice village just outside of Bolzano, Italy. The menu provides some great examples of how a traditional, regional cuisine (regional Italy and German influences) can be presented in creative and contemporary ways. The amusee of fennel tart paired with a local Pinot Bianco was synergisitic! The interpretation of the Schuttelbrotravioli was outstanding (ravioli cups filled with local cheese, local cured/smoked ham, chive butter, etc.) - definitely the 'wow factor' - the combination of presentation and contrasts of soft-crisp, creamy and cured speck was to die for! All in all, the experience was truly a great value - fantastic service, food, creatively presented along with outstanding local wines from Alto Adige. Worth the effort! Highly recommended!
