We were driving from Urbino to our home in Umbria when lunchtime rolled around. We knew nothing of the town of San Guistino, PG and took the first place we saw. It knocked our socks off. The prices are low moderate and the food is far above many more expensive restaurants we have eaten in. They have an extensive menu with many truffle dishes which we had two of-the bruschetta with truffles and the tagliatelle (egg noodles) with truffles. Days later I can still taste how delicious the meal was. I don't know anything else about San Giustino but it is worth going just to eat here.
