I love the rooms, I stayed in a 1 BR villa that faces the pool and the pool is fabulous! they use L'occitane brand for toiletries and tries to position itself as a 5 star resort. I think over-all its ok except for the price. Its far too expensive!
Note that swimming is not allowed in the sea. They do have a wide variety of water sports tho - Hobbie cat, stand up paddle board, kayak, jet ski etc. Their intro dives are so-so as the reef here is not fantastic. They did some coral planting to improve this including some giant clams.
sand in the beach is artificial. I heard it was moved from Palawan. Natural sand of Bicol is black due to the volcano but they say that this kind of sand has some therapeutic effect.
Food is great!
I came here for a 3 day conference and here are my comments.
- service to the airport is too expensive at P750 per way.
- the aircon in the ballroom was hot.
- House keeping takes too longMore
