Very good hotel, efficient, tidy, business-like and clean and staff looked after us and nothing was too much for them. So much so that we returned after a week by choice when we had other options. Would certainly recommend to friends..and not hesitate to come back.

This is the third Marriott we have stayed in this year. As usual, it does what it says on the tin. Well run and comfortable. Not too many bells and whistles except for the swimming pool, although not used by us, looked inviting. Clean, airy and with friendly, efficient staff. As usual, great beds too. Parking is in a dedicated area of the public multi storey car park immediatley next door and is an extra charge of £5 per day. If you park in the public part of thos car park, it will cost you £1.20 less!

Had a great stay here a few weeks ago. I've booked 3 rooms for me and colleagues. Every went well, from check in right through to check out!

Swimming pool is excellent.

Rooms clean and quiet, with very comfortable bed. Location great. Some good restaurants in the area too.

We booked to stay at this hotel as we were visiting friends in the area and wanted to be local to Bluewater Shopping Centre.
On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The hotel is emmaculate! Rooms a good size, beds extremely comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities plentiful!
We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

One thing i will say is anyone visiting should park in the multi storey behind the hotel, which is only £3.60 for 24 hours, whereas the hotel parking is £5.00 for the same period.
Also a £50 refundable deposit is required on booking in (this is not mentioned on some booking websites) so please be aware! This is refunded when you leave the hotel, however can take upto 5 working days for it to be available in your account. This i found quite an inconvenience.

Overall a perfect stay and will most definately be returning on our next visit to Bexley.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 2nd floor and had a balcony. No noise from road could be heard unless doors open...

Awake till 3am from noise
Bar staff rude
Room service awful
Took money out of my bank account
Before I'd even checked out and charged me for two breakfast we never had
All in all rubbish
If your looking for a good local hotel in this area don't use this one
Even gave me a parking space only to start ringing our room at 8 am telling us to move the car
Then charged me a fiver for the privilege

I stayed here along with 2 colleagues for 2 weeks. We had to leave for work before breakfast so our company had arranged for the hotel to provide packed lunches instead. on check in we asked for our preferences. Mine was simple any then plain ham or plain cheese. Every day my lunch was wrong, some days I got just dry bread and salad. some days we got crisps and or muffins, it was just a lottery. My colleagues were also wrong most days and we complained to reception every night but nothing was done. I was told to speak to the catering manager and gave him a list, the next day was the worst of the lot, unwrapped dry mouldy bread. The staff are either incompetent or they were as I suspect doing it on purpose. Absolute disgrace of customer service. ,

I went here to watch the world tour tennis finals at the o2.the hotel is in a great location easily accessed from London city airport by train and bus.its 50 mins by bus to the o2 but worth it as its a .nice area to spend a few days.within 150 m of the hotel is Sainsbury/marks/argos a number of restaurants and for me as a lone traveller a wetherspoons full of respectable locals.hard to believe how busy that pub is at 11am when I popped in for brunch and all old folk.virtually across the road is a vue cinema ,a Chinese very cheap but good and a nice pub.i spoilt myself and had a suite which came with a 4 poster bed, separate lounge,2 huge tv s ,fridge, jacuzzi bath plus separate shower and at £150/night cheap by London prices.although locals would say Bexleyheath is not London.on exiting the o2 there are 17,000 folk heading home.most head for the tube.i went to the adjacent bus terminus where 20 of us got on an empty bus.so I ll be back
its a shame they can t be bothered to fix the broken ice machines in the corridors.they were broken last year

Room Tip: ask for a suite
