“Great Place, Great Value”
Reviewed 24 October 2013

We stayed here a couple of years ago, but still remember it fondly! The staff was very nice. Our room was huge, particularly for a European room! The breakfast was very good and had a large selection of items. It was a very good value for Switzerland. We could walk to the train station easily and begin our daily adventures.

Room Tip: We had 2 small children and 2 adults - we stayed in their largest room and the kids had plenty of sp...

We stayed at Hotel Rustica on July 22, 2012, on our way to Jungfraujoch. It is beautifully located - mountains everywhere, open spaces, looks like the ideal Swiss adobe. At our arrival, in the afternoon, there was only one person on duty: receptionist, waiter, cook, concierge, bellboy -all in one. So we had to wait for her to finish with serving in the restaurant. Then, she did not know how to register our credit card. Check in was really difficult. Then, no soap in the bathroom - we used ours, which we carry in the luggage just in case. The room was clean, roomy, great view, with a balcony, but only one chair at the table on the balcony , so if we wanted to enjoy the view - which was fabulos - we had to get one chair from the room. At night, I heard at least 4 trains passing by - at some distance - but they were really noisy. Car were passing by on the road close to the hotel, so we saw their light straight in our room. Not an ideal place for a good nigt sleep. We received a phone call, but they did not know how to transfer the call gto the room, so we answered the call in the kitchen,. At check out, delays, there was only one person who knew how to take credit cards, and that person weas busy in the kitchen as well. A nice place, well located but the owners do not seem to have their act together .

walked in to this charming small hotel in the center of Klosters without a reservation. Cute, comfy rooms available. Small bathroom, but excellent shower and good breakfast. Really no complaints about this small hotel for a short stay in the middle of summer
