We arrived in Southbroom not knowing where to stay, we stopped at the golf shop to get advice, the couple there were really helpful and started ring round all the B+Bs in the area as it was Good Friday we knew it wouldnt be easy, we made arrangements to go look at the 4 star Coral Tree Colony and we knew we had made a good choice. Dave and Liz were really easy to get along with and made recommendations and bookings for restaurants for our 4 night stay, we had 4 fantastic meals. They lent us beach towels, cooler box, beach chairs and floats for our 6 year old.Breakfast was very good and we could eat inside or out. The house is brand new and has great views of the golf course and the sea. Southbroom is a great base to stay and discover the South Coast of Durban, I would highly recommend this accomadation, it doesnt normally allow children under 12 years old but as our child is only 6 we were happy for her to share our bed.
