Our first time at Crown Beach, we had the courtyard pool room, absolutely loved it! Felt very private, the room was spacious, clean, & had all the amenities we required. Staff are fabulously friendly, very accommodating, and a lot of fun. We were very pleased with our choice of accommodation & have recommended Crown Beach Resort to many others already. We certainly want to return.

Room Tip: Definitely recommend courtyard/pool rooms for ultimate privacy.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing stay at Crown Beach Resort. We loved the one bedroom villa, it was modern and clean. The gardens are beautiful, the choice of restaurants good and the staff were so friendly. I saw the most beautiful fish while snorkeling and the views are lovely. The only thing that had me puzzled, was that a family with children passed our villa quite often and the resort is supposed to be without children. However, the kids were not a nuisance as they were well behaved. I would love to go there again.

Room Tip: We chose a one bedroom villa as it was the cheepest but could not have asked for better.

Kia Orana,

Thank you for your kind words about your recent stay at Crown Beach Resort & Spa.

We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your One Bedroom Villa with kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom, king bedroom and outdoor timber decking with a garden setting.

Thank you for your praise of our gardens set in 5 acres of prime beachfront land with exotic palms and the biggest selection of hibiscus in any one area in the Cook Islands. We will soon add beautiful orchids to give a splash of colour.

Our team of 85 continue to deliver warm Polynesian service straight from the heart. Our snorkellers lagoon has a great display of tropical fish and coral.

Whilst children are not permitted to stay at our resort, we do allow families to dine at our three restaurants - most families that visit us are usually well behaved.

We hope to see you both again, soon.

Best wishes,

Rohan Ellis

We first stayed at Crown Beach 11 years ago and returned again last year - what a difference! Absolutely luxurious. We had a Courtyard Pool Suite last year and also this year. Lovely to have privacy if you want or wander down to the beach and bar for some company. We have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Also have to recommend the Windjammer Restaurant - excellent food and service. Probably be back again next year!

Room Tip: Courtyard Pool Suites offer privacy and security.

Thank you for your praise of our upmarket restaurant, Windjammer, that offers beautifully prepared cuisine in a warm candle-lit dining room next to Spa Ariki at the entrance of the resort. Our other 2 restaurants, Oceans on the beach offers casual value meals, and Tang in the centre of the resort offers lighter options.

We are so pleased to read that this was your 3rd stay and we look forward to your fourth stay, soon.

We recently returned from a week at Crown Beach and will definitely return. We had a beach front villa (no 5) and it was fantastic. The resort itself was beautiful and very well maintained it was like our own little tropical paradise. If we return we would ask for this Villa again. It was private and had a fantastic veiw of the beautiful sunsets. The Villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only comment I would have is that the linen could do with an update. Our sheets and towels were clean but had stains and sometimes holes which didn't make for a nice feeling. Generally the staff were great and went the extra mile, nothing was a problem they even delivered our cocktails to our room at happy hour. We had breakfast at Oceans included in our stay and this was great (however sometimes took a very long time). We had dinner at Oceans a couple of the nights and its was just okay. I am not sure if we would have dined here if it wasn't so convenient. We planned to go to Windjammers and didn't but heard really good things from the other guests. It was very handy having the little shop across the road for some supplies. The snorkelling at the resort was also very good and this was a daily activity but beach shoes are a must.

Kia Orana,

Thank you for your kind words about your recent stay at Crown Beach Resort & Spa.

We are pleased to read that you loved your 2-Bedroom Beachfront Pool Villa with direct access to the sandy beach and blue lagoon, with the worlds best sunsets.

We are pleased to advise that our new linen will be arriving off the next ship and will replace existing stocks throughout the resort.

Oceans Restaurant presents our complimentary breakfast service which involves 'made to order' hot selections for 100+ guests over a 1.25 hour period - there can be delays during peak hours. Our dinner menu will soon undergo an upgrade to feature lighter & healthier options with a modern twist.

Windjammer Restaurant located at the entrance of the resort by Spa Ariki is fantastic and we are sure you would have loved your meals there.

All in all, we will continue to upgrade our hardware & train up our software to deliver exceptional experiences for our VIP guests.

We look forward to seeing you again, soon.
