Stayed here for two nights in October 2012 and loved it. The room was large and airy, and the bathrooms bright and clean. No TV, if that's your thing but we found the wildlife a few miles away to be far more entertaining. Margaret is a wonderful host and takes exceptionally good care of her guests (she even stays up until they are all home and accounted for!). Lovely breakfast and a huge fruit farm to wander round if you want. Margaret is particularly good at recommending things to do apart from the obvious trip into Addo. We benefitted from her excellent suggestions and visited Schotia (a private reserve) and Daniell cheetah sanctuary. Bydand farm is tucked away 4 mins drive from the main road to Addo and relatively isolated; but that adds to the environment. There are restaurants 5-10 mins drive away. Particularly good if travelling with kids, as a lot of (safe) space. That said, I'd recommend it to anyone.
