We stayed at Chrislin for two nights (18-20 November 2013) and were more than happy with our choice.

Everything was enjoyable and to our satisfaction, including the half day tour with Criscross (a company run by a family member as well) to The Addo Park.

To be mentioned in particular are the two excellent dinners we booked on top of the breakfast which was very nice as well.

Certainly not overpriced for what you get. But dor us one of the more expensive lodges on our Garden Route trip.

we stayed here with 2 young children (3and 5) and had a great stay! Lovely little house, the kids could sleep in the same house behind a wall, easy. We also enjoyed a wonderfull dinner, they asked what they could serve for the children that was really lovely.
Very tranquil area, nice with the orange trees and the swimming pool.
Surtenly to be recommended!

We were welcomed very friendly, the guesthouse is on a beautifull orange farm, everything well organised and clean. We had a very nice diner and breakfast. The staff aranged a great game drive for us in de Addo park with Crisscross Adventures which was one of the highlights of our trip. Definetly would recommend this place.

We travelled by car and when we were driving to Addo we didn't know what to expact. The road to the lodge was not so good, but when we arrived we thought we arrived in paradise. What a wonderful place, so much flowers, beautiful houses. The welcome was very warm.
We also had dinner here, alsoo very, very good. We thought it was a pity we only stayed 1 night. It's a very quiet place, so 2 or 3 nights is better. It's a place where you can relaxed in many ways

I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights during our honeymoon. We really enjoyed our stay. The team at Chrislin were very warm and hospitable. We were greeted by a lovely girl called Marissa who was really friendly and informative.

The accommodation is lovely- really authentic African style without being uncomfortable. I loved the half doors!

We loved jack the German Shepard who was so friendly. We did a game drive one day and it was great. Marissa arranged this and also advised us of dining options nearby.

We dined in the in house restaurant both nights and Elvis the chef produced beautiful food paired well with the wines on offer. They were the best meals we had all during our stay in SA so thank you Elvis- you are an asset to the business and I hope you receive these compliments.

All in all chrislin was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone passing near port Elizabeth.
