Warm comfy dog friendly cottage.
Superbly equipped loved the log burner and enjoyed a hot bath after long walks.
A very much appreciated welcome pack including wine.
Winfrith Newburgh is also near so many wonderful places with great coast walks and seaside towns. We especially liked Weymouth with its sandy beach, Durdle Dor, Bridport and the Golden Cap coastal walk.
The three local pubs all welcomed dogs – the Countryman we found the best. There is also a fantastic village shop.

This is our second time staying here. Last time in 2012 we stayed in the adjacent holiday home - this was also excellent.
We rented both cottages one for us - two adults and a toddler. The other for my disabled mother in law.
She found the property suitable for her needs and it was wheelchair friendly. It is not specifically designed for wheelchair users but we found it did the job well.
The hosts are lovely and accomodating. The location ideal for exploring and the cottages are really well equipped.
We'll no doubt return. Thanks :)

There were many thoughtful additions which made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. It is in a pretty village near to Lulworth Cove. Many things nearby to see and do.
The land lady was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, which helped to make it a very special holiday for us.

Good value, basic accommodation, ideally situated to explore Dorset`s attractions, good for cycling, walking and sightseeing.
First impressions mean everything and the only thing that let it down was upon arrival the rooms felt cold and uninviting, once the heating was switched on it felt much more like home.

Very nice accomodation, enjoyed the outside seating area because of the lovely weather, nice quiet village, very friendly local shop, .
