We come here every year and always love it! It's comfortable, convenient, clean and has a perfect location. We walk down the beach to the night life of the big hotels and beach bars, but it's so nice to return to this peaceful place so we can rejuvenate with good sleep and read on the deck. Having a full kitchen has really become a necessity for us to really relax (having fruit, cheese, and wine in the fridge). Free wifi works great. No windsurfing for us this stay, but the wind was great. We will continue to stay at Aruba Beach Villas and look forward to seeing the amazing blooms overhanging the main deck.

One of the best places I’ve been so far! Very comfortable, clean apartments. People at
reception are very positive and friendly, feels like you come to see your good relatives,
no kidding! Don’t hesitate to ask them any questions – they will always give you the best advice and are always ready to help you in any matter. Villas are located in a very good place, just by the beach. People who like active sports like windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle and so on will find best schools just in few steps from the villas. You can take some windsurf equipment from Sailboard vacations, that located in villas as well. Aruba Beach Villas is the place where you diffidently want to return.... I will for sure!

The Aruba Beach Villas are a bit out of the way, but they are so nice and clean that we may end up staying there again. We love a room that has a full kitchen as we save a ton of $ cooking instead of eating at the restaurants, and we also eat healthier this way. These villas were very clean and spacious and had a great view of the beach across the street. The pool was lovely and quiet as well. Please note that Malmok Beach is VERY rocky and not like the ones at the high-rise hotels, but those are about one mile down the street so easy enough. These villas are nice and quiet and if you prefer to stay a bit away from the crowd, this is where you go.

We stayed at ABV by the end of August 2013 in a one bedroom suite for 8 nights and we found it an excellent place. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. The sea which is crossing the other side of the road is not ideal to swim right there because there are many rocks to get into it. But you can walk a short distance along the coast towards the hotel area and you will find a sandy beach.
What I liked most of Aruba are the different spots you can visit . Renting a car is very useful and makes it easier to know the island. In the mornings and in the evenings many people pass running by or by bicycle. It is really nice and contagious. The suite was very clean, well decorated and had a big refrigerator in the kitchen.Wifi worked well. The administrator was very nice to us and gave us the snorkeling gears every time we needed them and helped with any questions about shopping, beaches, markets, etc. One of us had money missing from her wallet and we noticed that once we had left so we had no chances to speak or find out what happened.

We arrive into our treasured warming atmosphere,
Positioned for ideal viewing in this visual sphere.
Meeting past faces with welcome familiarity,
A pleasant medley of shared congeniality.
Joy is felt and past comforts do resume,
Our shorts are unpacked, our bodies aired.
An energizing sun and cooling winds we consume,
A wonderful setting, an absent desire to be compared.
By habituation we peacefully relax in the quiet easy setting,
Pleasure this Oasis for its absence of big city meddling.
Deck seated, time relinquishes its human march,
Leaving behind attitudes, pliable as starch.
A convenient epicenter for Aruban travels;
For windsurfing, snorkeling, carnival marvels,
Sea jaunts, sky diving, all encircling island allure.
Fantastic excursions to raise all souls, to feel pure.

My wife and I get back to Aruba almost once a year. We always stay at the Aruba Beach Villas. To me, it is all about the location. You are very close to the hustle and bustle of the bigger resorts and the night life, but you are tucked away in a quaint hotel that lets you get away from the crowd. It's nice having a small kitchen in the room, which we use primarily for breakfast and snacks. That is only because we love the many restaurant options just up the beach, many within a nice walk. This time we came with two other couples and really enjoyed the beach access and night life in the area. The rooms are clean and always a great value. We'll be back again!

Room Tip: I have always stayed in a front room, which is nice because you get the porch looking out at the oce...

This was our first time to visit Aruba and stay at the Aruba Beach Villas. We were in unit 10 and loved it. Our room was large. We had a full kitchenette and a sitting room. The villas are clean and the cleaning staff were polite and did a great job. I wish I would have had time to try to windsurf/windboard as this is also a windboarding facility however we were only staying for four days and had a lot to do and see in that short period. The high rise resort hotels are within walking distance if you want to walk there to eat or hang out on the beach. I like that it sits off the beaten path from the rest of the loud tourists. The villas were comfortable and quiet. There's a nice pool in the back and our view from our front deck of the sunset was amazing! We will definitely go there again. In fact we plan on visiting every February from here on out!
