A really fine business hotel - the rooms are new, clean and very, very pleasant (even if not very spacious), the wifi is free, relatively fast and has no password, so you can connect your laptop, ipad and mobile with no hassle of some complicated access codes. And last but not least, the hotel restaurant (Round Table) is not only best in town but maybe even in Russia. In fact I don't remember a better dinner I had anywhere else in the world. The hotel is away from the center of the city but close to the airport (15-20 min by taxi). Unfortunately, I haven't tried their breakfast due to the time difference (it ends at 10.30, which means 7.30 CET at wintertime). And the standard room costs only 60 EURs per night! I wish London had one hotel at this price and quality.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, whilst visiting a client in the area. I was impressed with the quality and presentation of the room, although basic it had everything that I needed, including a decent and reliable Wi-Fi connection. I would however like to comment about the duvet on the bed, it was a single duvet cover on a double bed, which made sleep a little awkward, but I can bed down in most places without too much trouble so it didn't pose a problem.
The restaurant, served a great buffet style breakfast and we ate in the restaurant on one occasion for dinner. The quality of the food was excellent and the service in the restaurant was of a very high standard. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, they just need to sort out the duvet sizes and they will be sorted :)

You can deal with it, at least with the Luxe room (I have not seen other rooms), but try to book Rastal - it's way better.

The room is pretty clean, free WiFi (though very unstable sometimes), very modest breakfast. Also consider that Tatarstan is closer to the airport and not in the city centre.

I spend 3 nights in Tatarstan Hotel. It is a good business hotel. Friendly staff which speak good English, and provide quick and efficient check-in and check-out. Rooms are adequate, though a bit small. Limited closet space. Also bathroom is OK. Everything was clean, and the fact that the tap-water was not drinkable is compensated by two bottles of water in the room, and a water dispenser near the elevator. Free Wi-Fi which is fast enough for normal business related activities, and a small working desk allow you to use your time efficiently. The fact that the room was a bit chilly may have been caused by the fact that we had outside temperatures around -25 °C during our stay.
Breakfast is really nice, buffet with a lot of choices, more than I could try. We had diner one night with a group of five people, and everybody enjoyed both the food and the service. There was life music that night, which played at a volume that was not too high to disturb our conversations at our table. Only point for improvement was the temperature of the wine. We had a red wine which was really too warm.
Tatarstan hotel is absolutely a place to recommend if you are on a business trip in the region.

Good choice for business trip. There are a few good hotels in N.Chelny and Tatarstan hotel is really good selection for businessmen speaking English language . Staff is so friendly, warm and speaks good english. There are some super- markets around hotel . There is a ATM machine for currency exchange next to reception. It is very usefull. Min.limit is 100 euro or 100 usd.

Breakfast is good. Taxi service is very well organised by hotel management.

Recomended for businessmen in N.Chelny
