Thanks for your kind comments. We look forward to you staying again.
Stayed here for 2 nights as a base for our 2 day visit to Alton Towers which is about five minutes drive from here. We found everything to be very well organised and clean. The host met me and my family with a very warm welcome and made you feel instantly at ease. I would definitely stay here again in the future even if my reason for visiting the area wasn't going to the theme park.
Thanks for your kind comments. We're glad you enjoyed your stay :-)
Stayed here 2-4-2013 as a stopover for Alton towers the following day.
Very friendly host on arrival who made us very welcome and checked us in very quickly and showed us to our family room.
Room consisted of a double bed and bunk beds for the children and had all the necessary items needed in a room. Tea and coffee making facilities were probably the best I have ever seen in a hotel room.
It is situated in a little village with 3 pubs which are all within walking distance 2 of which serve food if you require.
Breakfast the following morning was absolutely fantastic with our hosts doing everything possible to get us what we required. Cereals are there to help yourselves to along with fruit juices etc.
I would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to anyone else.
It's great to hear you enjoyed your stay, and your breakfast so much.
We do try to use the best possible ingredients, in the breakfast, including hand-made sausages supplied by a local farmer.
