My room is 2 bedrooms with beautiful private pool. Both of the room is really big. There's also jacuzzi inside. It also has 1 living room together with mini kitchen looking over the pool. Overall, really satisfied with my stay.

I've stayed in this hotel for one night. This hotel was located in Tanjung Benoa. From the airport, head to Bali Mandara Toll Road. Go directly to Nusa Dua. Exit the Toll, turn left, you'll find the first interception, turn left. Follow the way and you'll se a roundabout near the BTDC, slight left. The hotel was located in the left side, right across the Conrad Bali. You need to check in at the front building, then they will guide you to the room located in the back. They have a yard that we can use it as a car parking. I choose to stay in a Deluxe Room on the first floor. The room is spacious for two people. We had direct access to the pool, and I found it amazing. The bathroom had a bathtub, but unfortunately the TV that was near the bathtub was broken. Probably got splashed by water. We choose American breakfast, and they deliver it to our room in the next morning. As a customer I would love this hotel if it was maintained better. The staffs are also very helpful. But overall, I like to stay here and will return again in the next time.

Myself and my partner checked in for 3 nights. The place itself looks very nice however, we have a few disruptions.

• aircon turns off every 1-2 hours
• wifi was terrible. Only worked for 1 day out of 3.
• sewage smell when showering

We did advise staff and they were very helpful. They room moved us to a room with wifi and told us they would look into air con. We can not thank the staff enough for helping us and giving us a FOC late check out.

If you are looking for literally just a bed then book this place.

I'd pay the extra $$$ and stay at GrandWiz. Cheap alternative in Nusa Dua...

Location wise this place was really good for this particular trip as it was a wedding taking place across the road at the Conrad and we had the whole family oldest being 87 and youngest amongst us was 1 year old baby girl. We took a 3 bedroom villa and several additional rooms. Do not expect 3-5 star housekeeping but it is decent. In fact for the villas, I would encourage the owner/operator to leave set of cleaning tools like broom, dustpan, mop and mop pail for guests to use to touch up. Breakfast and amenities were decent and we brought additional things like hotel slippers and toiletries to supplement what was lacking. Villa has cooking facilities but nothing grant which we were prepared for. We brought a small thermal pot for preparation of baby's porridge and cutting mat, knife & peeler. Most meals were either take aways or out at the many great eateries close to location. We only prepared additional fruits and instant noodles for the odd hours someone needed something. The rooms are set up uniquely with one showcasing and outdoor bathroom with bamboo chicks. Very romantic for 3 couples to share the villa as well. Private pool and jacuzzi was kept clean. Oh yes make sure you get some mosquito coils handy to make the evenings pleasant in the garden.

Room Tip: For room options just make sure if you can't do the walk ups ask for the lower ground rooms that face the pool.

We stayed only one day during weekend. We got the room on upper floor and liked the room, but we had problem with the toilet, it didn't flush. We left for dinner and asked the hotel to fix the toilet when we were out. We intentionally placed bits of cereal in the toilet to check if they really fixed it. When we got there the cereal was gone and the toilet was fixed. The small touch of cable TV in the bathroom to watch while soaking in the tub was very nice! Cable TV was good and the bed was comfy. They provide mp3 player for CD and USB but no ipod dock. The water was good, heated. But I think in the morning the heating does not work because the water was not warm. Due to our busy schedule, we regret not using the pool... it looks so nice, refreshing and clean.
