We had booked the hotel for the last days of our trip in Bali,so to be near the airport.(That didn't help,as we finally misread our details and missed the flight).It is an o.k. all inclusive hotel-we had chosen only ABF-.The staff is really trying to do their best.They accepted us back after rearranging our flight with the same price we had through internet and even the same room.The restaurant is a big minus,as it is locoted at the ground floor and you feel the heat -fans only-and you miss the day light.The flies on the buffet is really a great problem and sometimes also around the pool.(Normally these happens in all-inclusive hotels that cook all day ).We used the pool of Grand Mirage and also ate at its restaurants.The beach outside Grand Mirage is much better and cleaner.
It is better to eat at the restaurants along the street outside the hotels,as they are more reasonable in prices.The Internet room was more of a sauna room,but if you have your own laptop you can take the wire and do your job faster.I must say that last year we stayed at Melia Nusa Dua and it was muchmuch better ,at around the same price.More
