Atmosphere and decoration is good. Especially the fireplace at the lobby. Staff is very nice and friendly and willing to help everyone. Location is close to teleski . You walk out of the building put on your ski and catch a lift. All inclusive hotel good price nice holiday 👍

Every single one of the waiters and waitresses are really helpful and positive. One of the stood out, Mustafa Çot, he was really helpful and he took care of all of our orders promptly always with a smile.

I loved the room, the food and the location! The staff is nice and friendly, special mention to Mehmet, Muhammet the waiters, Ahmet bey the chef and the bar tender at the lobby bar. We took the all inclusive package and the variety of food was good.
On the flip side they should have an open cafe with a view of the ski slope.
Today we came back from this wonderful and unforgettable trip. The service was the best, food and rooms too. I'm really glad for choosing this hotel. I totally recommend it to everybody. Thanks to all staff for being nice.
