Stayed here for one night recently whilst working in the area. I usually stay in Premier Inns where I can because they are such good value, and offer a basic but good quality product. Staff at Premier Inns are generally very trained and customer focussed. I was greeted at the above by Josh, who was very helpful and welcoming. After a long and tiring trip, this was great. Had dinner at the Brewers Fayre next door, which was perfectly adequate, and again the staff were smiling and helpful.

The Premier Inn breakfast is standardised wherever you go, but this is a strength - sometimes you want a bit of certainty.

Every time we saw the reception staff they were very friendly and welcoming.
Room was lovely and we had a great night sleep. Disappointed in the fact you only get 30 minutes free wifi.
Restaurant next door was not great.

It was a comfortable stay at Premier Inn Ebbw Vale. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. A good breakfast deal with great coffee. The children loved the indoor and outdoor play areas!
