First impressions count and, from the moment we were picked up at the airport to the welcome from Rita on the dock, we knew we were in for an amazing stay. I was blown away with how beautiful the island was, and the people were so genuinely friendly and helpful, they made us feel like guests in their own home.

This is one resort that knows how to do service and all inclusive well - I even found a bookmarker next to my book after turndown service! We've been lucky to visit a few amazing places, but the people at this resort go out of their way to think of everything and ensure your stay is just perfect.

My husband amused himself no end with the waterski, we made the most of the well equipped gym and cycled round the island every day to enjoy the beauty of the place. The room, food, service, cocktails - everything was amazing. The pictures on Tripadvisor are beautiful but I promise it will be even more beautiful than you could imagine in real life.

p.s. I normally suffer badly from mosquito bites and didn't get even one (maybe June is a good time to go). No rain in June either - perfect weather.

Room Tip: It's easy to get carried away and want to pay more for a courtyard or pool room. We just took th...

This was the best vacation we have had for years. This place is sooooooo worth the money. Our suite was spacious, immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed, plenty of closet space, well stocked fridge, iPod dock, and QUIET! This is the place to go when you spend all your time making decisions and worrying about your customers/clients/patients and need to empty your head. The food is wonderful, with a real Italian making great pasta and pizza at the Veranda and beautiful, fresh, perfectly prepared lean protein and veggies at the Estate House in a romantic atmosphere. The service is impeccable, and you will want for nothing. Every room comes with bicycles, and the fitness center is more than adequate with a good selection of weights, balls, BOSU,and machines. The treadmills, ellipticals, and recumbent bikes all have cardio theater with iPod docks. There are also tennis courts, and there is a lap pool.

There are at least two beaches with plenty of shade and comfortable lounge chairs. There is a lot of sea grass, but there are many large stafish on the floor of the bay. There are only 40 hotel rooms on this private island, which pretty much assures you that you will not be molested by people selling things on the beach, obnoxious corporate retreats or wedding guests who can make a lot of noise and intrude on your peace. We have found these things to be issues as we have at larger resorts.

If you want to play the newlywed game or have karaoke night, this is not the place for you. If you truly want and need to escape from your life and professions, this the place.

Words can hardly describe this place. From the first minute on the staff made me feel welcome here. Jumby bay is simply heaven on earth. The food at the restaurants is all premium quality, the staff at the restaurants, massage place, reception etc.: Wow!!
Everyone who's looking for a super relaxing holiday should consider this place. It's the best I have ever been to.

Words alone cannot even begin to describe this lovely paradise destination... From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were taken care of making it all so easy for us. We were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from the time we stepped off the ferry. We enjoyed each moment we stayed there and requests were met with a smile and usually completed within 5 to 10 minutes...

The staff was more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate us with private tours by golfcart due to some physical limitations...

We were blessed when they surprised us at both restaurants with a lovely 40th anniversary cake. The food was delicious and creatively presented.

The most important thing about this place is their heart for service. It was nothing put on...they really want to serve you...

This is truly a paradise on earth..

Thank you all so much.

Room Tip: Get one of the Beachside Courtyard Suites.. very roomy and nicely appointed...

There are no words to fully describe this unique paradise. You arrive as a guest, welcomed as a friend and never want to leave. We used every minute of our day to fully experience all Jumby Bay had to offer. From all of the water sports (snorkeling, water skiing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding) to biking every morning around the island on the Fuji bikes provided with our suite before breakfast. Settling in for a day on the beach, visiting with everyone at the Beach Bar and Pool Grille we wanted for nothing. The service on every level is beyond exceptional; the food the best we have every experienced at any resort and DO NOT miss reserving a private dinner on the beach. Taste of Antigua at the Pool Grille is a wonderful culinary experience, comfort food for the soul. Our beachside suite was gorgeous, the bed was what sleeping on a cloud must feel like and do not miss the outside rain shower on the patio. The people of Jumby Bay resort are top notched professionals who cater to your every wish with warmth, humor and genuine "happy you are hear" attitudes and smiles. LOVED IT!!! Going back as soon as possible.

Not a big beach person, so I wasn't sure this would be my thing...........how wrong could I have been! This place is amazing, Staff is first rate. The villa we stayed in (#18) was perfect. My biggest decisions for the day was do I swim in my own pool before going to lunch at the grille and having amazing fish tacos, or do I take a shower (outside .....awesome!!) and go down to the beach bar and have them served to me on my lounge chair! If I could afford it, I would go here every year and forget about the rest of the world.
I love it!!!

OH, hit the spa too. I had the best massage ever and I get massages every month, so I know a good one when I get it!

Room Tip: I don't think you can wrong with any of the accomodations, but #18 was the bomb!!

From the moment you step ashore from the Jumby Ferry, you realize that you have arrived at a truly unique resort. As you walk along the dock and view the pristine beach and crystal clear waters you are greeted by name and a refreshing cold towel….it’s time to switch off and relax.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed.
No cars here, each room comes with its own bicycles that you can use to ride around the island, and view some of the spectacular private homes that are also found here, or explore some of the other magnificent beaches. You can even arrange to have a picnic delivered to the beach of your choice at no extra charge.
This is an all inclusive resort; however the quality of service and the menu selections at any of the three restaurants is far superior to whatever you might have experienced at any other “all inclusive” resort.
All staff members are truly pleased to make your stay a most memorable one, and certainly make every effort to cater to your every whim.
This resort should make it onto everyone’s “bucket list”.
