The exhibit was just one room, and did give a lot of useful information. There are also cases of artifacts from the colonial period for viewing. But there is nothing there that you can't read about on Google.

If you going to St. Johns to shop, don't forget to stop by the Museum. It is very informational, and I enjoyed readying and seeing the displays for the history of the island. It was well worth the $6 dollars, and it took about an hour.

Small museum situated near to the cathedral, detailing the history of Antigua. Very informative. Small admission charge.

Not that big a place and need only an hour to speed through a timeline of the islands history. Good little museum if you're interested in such things.

I'm not sure that the Museum of Antigua and Barbuda is a "must see" attraction but it does provide a basic history of the island, it's people and it's culture. There is a small admission charge and you proceed through the exhibits in a counter-clockwise fashion. The exhibits are not elaborate looking more like something you would find in a high school. You don;t need much more than 30 minutes to wander through the space and the building is very easy to get to from the center of St. Jon's or the cruise pier. Your best bet is to come here before exploring the island.
