“Best meal I've had in Antigua”
Reviewed 6 March 2014

Two of us had dropped some friends for their flight home a few hours before we were due to fly ourselves and we found this place completely by chance when we went for a coastal drive. We were lucky too that they were open because they told us they only open on Fridays and Saturdays since the Sunsail hotel next door changed hands and became accommodation for students at the nearby medical school.

It's a really nice, spot but the restaurant was only really ever a by-product of the owner's fishing business - and that's what makes this place so great. The two of us had a cocktail on arrival, two lobster salads, two seared tuna mains and a bottle of wine all for less than £60 as we looked out over the guy's little fishing fleet and the Caribbean. The food was fantastic - simply prepared and could not have been fresher or better value. Highly recommended.

“Pity it isn't open every day”
Reviewed 7 February 2014

This is a quaint, inexpensive (especially by Anitguan standards) restaurant. You order off a menu board, and the food is decent enough, except for the hamburgers. It is only open Friday and Saturday nights, and does a brisk take out business. The owner is a pleasant enough fellow, and the young local fellow who brought our food and drinks was nice as well. Just watch out for the blond b#%ch who takes your food orders. She could kill this guys business with her surly manner and off putting attitude.

“Nice time and great food!”
Reviewed 3 February 2014

We were staying at the hotel next door and stopped here for our first dining experience in Antigua after our flight. No complaints. Food and drinks were very good- we both had the fish burgers and pina coladas- enjoyed the atmosphere which was beautiful yet casual right on the water and the conversation with the owner and his son was both friendly and informative. I really liked it and wanted to go back but they were only open on weekends. Oh well, thanks for the meal and convo and the nice welcome to Antigua for these travellers.

“Fabulous setting, affordable fresh fish and great value for money”
Reviewed 8 October 2013 via mobile

This restaurant has super fresh caught fish & great prices. It is casual, family friendly dining in a beautiful setting. Service was adequate and the dishes were served in a timely fashion with the necessary condiments. Should you not want to relax, watch the sunset or the large tarpon that swim just below your table, they also offer their ample menu for take out.

Open on Fridays & Saturdays from 3 to 7 pm.
