We went to Aruba on suggestions from my wifes co-workers, and I am glad we did. We rented a condo for 5 nights from Prestige Realty at Oceania. Rachel and Derek were great to work with. Upon arrival there was a problem with the AC, and Derek got a hold of repairman and had it fixed very soon after.Coffee pot was leaking and they had a replacement very quickly also.Rachel had a cab waiting at the airport for us and also for drop-off at the airport, both drivers are great. All other times we either walked or took the bus. Every Arubian we talked to was so nice and helpful with directions and suggestions on places to see and eat, this was awesome. The weather was 85-90 degrees everyday with a light breeze that it did not feel hot at all. We rented a truck from ABC tours for a four hour private tour with a driver name Elias( the prophet),and he was great also, we even drove part of the way way while he sat in the back with the rest of our group telling us all about life in Aruba and himself. We went also on a Depalm Tours sailboat tour with snorkeling and snuba. Pay the extra and do the snuba I am so glad that I did. Open bar for 4 hours and lunch on the boat was excellent. The condo has a bus stop right out front that also was very handy. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the second floor with a ocean view, but with the trees you might want to be a little higher up. Security was also very friendly. they are at the main gate and also walking around with other access gates that they lock at 10:00 P.M.. The security was reassuring although Aruba is a very safe place and that is the main reason we chose to go there.Renting a condo is great way to see Aruba without the expense of an all inclusive. We are already planning a return trip with a bigger group for fun and sun.

We recently stayed in a one bedroom/one bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of the Palm building. The guards patrolled the grounds round the clock and we felt very safe there. We were very happy with the unit. They had beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. Raquel was very nice, meeting us at the condo, and giving us restaurant and grocery store recommendations. She recommended Screaming Eagle, one block away, for our first night. The food and service were so good, that we went there three times during our stay.
Oceania is directly across the street from Eagle Beach. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the views of Eagle Beach. Beautiful sunsets! We enjoyed staying in the quieter low-rise hotel section. Palm Beach area was very busy. I highly recommend Oceania.

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo in the Arashi building through Prestige in July and overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

We checked in on a Saturday afternoon and Rachel was there to meet us.

The condo was beautiful. Loved the island décor. Unit was clean, beds were very comfortable and the ac worked like a charm, which is essential in July. Enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer – which I realize is not everyone’s idea of a good time being on vacation - cooking and cleaning, but it was nice to be able to wash towels and swimsuits and we used the kitchen for breakfast and grilling out. We’ve been on enough vacations to know we prefer the condo route over a mega-hotel.

The pools were nice, almost always empty. Pools were cleaned each morning and also the groundskeepers were out maintaining the landscaping.

We did have some issues with some construction noise taking place in the underground parking garage of the Arashi building, but Prestige was responsive to our complaints and handled satisfactorily.

The location of Oceania was perfect for us. Quick walk across the street to beautiful Eagle Beach or just jump in your rental car and you can reach Palm Beach or Downtown within 5 to 10 minutes.

This was our first trip to Aruba and we chose to rent a car. We did do a lot of exploring on our own, but in my opinion you could survive without a car here also. There are a good handful of restaurants within walking distance.

We chose Prestige based on their good reputation, as well as the convenience of being able to put a small deposit of 20% down, followed by a 30% deposit a few months prior to our stay and the remaining balance of 50% just 2 weeks prior to our stay.

I would highly recommend anyone to visit Aruba and book a stay at Oceania through Prestige.

We rented bc256 Such a nice place! Master was over the top, second bedroom was 2 double beds. I would not want to have that room for another couple but for kids it would be fine. We were 2 couples and we flipped for the big room. The other couple was fine in the small room but my husband is 6 4 so we really needed the big bed. Price was right, management company was awesome. The place has a parking space and is gated, wonderful pools and walk across to one of the best beaches. So wonderful! Very clean even a washer and dryer which was very nice. The kitchen had everything and the store is very close. People were so nice.Prestige Realty took great care of us.

Our stay at the Oceania was fantastic! Rachel and Raquel went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed the best vacation in Aruba! The studio condo is perfect for couples and the pool/location on the beach allow you to enjoy both within minutes. The condo was very clean and included all of the supplies that you would need for a relaxing beach vacation i.e. beach chairs, towels, coolers. Rachel assisted us in the rental of a car, as well as dinner reservations with transportation arrangements for several nights during our stay. We also provided a list of groceries before our arrival and found all of those groceries in our refrigerator! We highly recommend Oceania Condos and Prestige Realty if you want to vacation in Eagle Beach. Thanks for an extremely relaxing vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Aruba and our stay at the Oceania Resort. Rachel and Raquel at Prestige Realty took great care of us and the travel details. They arranged our ride from the airport and our rental car details. The condo we stayed in (BC255) was a perfect place for a family of 4. The bedrooms were quite large and it came equipped with lots of amenities including floats and beach chairs. We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean views and magnificent sunsets from the balcony. The white sands of Eagle Beach are directly across the street. The beach was not crowded a bit and we were able to totally relaxed and enjoy our time. The Oceania also has 4 pools for those who like swimming pools as well. We have traveled a good bit and have to say this condo was one of the cleanest and well-appointed we have stayed in.

We booked and paid in advance for a week (7 days & 7 nights) in 2012. Our flight into Miami was delayed and we missed our connecting flight to Aruba, so we arrived a day late. Then our return flight to Miami was cancelled, meaning we needed to stay in Aruba another night. My family and I asked if we could stay in the unit for the additional night, since we had already paid for it. Essentially, instead of staying Monday to Monday, we would be staying Tuesday to Tuesday. Since we paid a weekly rate, this should not have been a problem. Prestige, the rental agent, refused, and demanded we pay for the "extra" night. They let us pay half price, but we still ended up paying for seven and a half nights, when we were only there for seven. We believe they took advantage of our situation, especially because we knew that the condo was empty for at least three more weeks (we checked availability on their website). In all other respects, the property was excellent: very well maintained unit and property, nice pools, perfect location on the beach, etc. However, I recommend thinking twice about booking with them for the reasons described above.

Thank you for your review and for the very high appreciation of the unit you stayed in, the pools, the location on the beach, etc. However, we regretfully note that you did not so much appreciate the 50% discount that we provided you on the extra night, but only expected a free night from us. For any booking with us, the dates for that unit are blocked and cannot be rented to others. Thus, if for reasons totally beyond our control (e.g. cancellation of your flight) you are unable to arrive in Aruba to use the first night, in accordance with your signed rental agreement that first night is forfeited without refund, as we could not have rented that first
night to any other guest. So if you thereafter need to extend your stay and again for reasons beyond our control (e.g. cancellation of your flight!) we believe it is not fair to demand for us to provide you with that extra night free of charge. Despite our strict contracts with property owners regarding the rental rates, we nonetheless managed to grant you a 50% discount (which we do not think can be considered as 'taking advantage'), but sincerely regret that you still feel that only free night from us would be the acceptable solution for you, to compensate for your inconveniences that were actually caused by a third party, namely your airline company. We feel that seeking compensation from your airline company for the inconveniences of cancelled flights on both ends of your stay, would be a better approach than demanding a free night from us.

The Prestige Team.
