Phenomenal experience...Dennis, the chef/owner, and Glen, the self-professed "drink guy", are fantastic. The food is excellent and creative, but accessible. Dennis is a very talented and passionate chef. The chef's table experience is sophisticated but lively, warm, and unpretentious. Glen did an outstanding job pairing each dish with an excellent wine. His choices were spot on and complemented Dennis' cooking perfectly. Fortunately we stayed in the Bucuti Tara resort where the restaurant is located so after a 4 1/2 hour dinner with wine pairing all we needed to do was make our way to the elevator and upstairs! We met some great people and had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend Carte Blanche to any true food and wine lover visiting Aruba. Be aware though...make your reservations at least 4 months in advance or you won't get in.
