White sand beach with turquoise water and plenty of water sports available. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lovely place to spend the day.

There really is nothing better than Palm Beach, Aruba. Gorgeous, calm waters, and tons of water activities available for everyone.

Wow. This was a hip-happening beach hangout. Tons of hotels, shopping and restaurants as well as miles and miles of gorgeous white sand beaches studded with palm trees. We visited while on a cruise. I want to go back to Aruba and stay in this area. Loved that we weren't hassled by hawkers. If you stayed at one of the hotels they set you up with towels and chairs and if available and applicable even umbrellas. We just popped our towels down on the sand under the shade of some palm trees and enjoyed chillaxin' in paradise for a few hours. Didn't want to leave. I see why they have those I Heart Aruba signs all over town and why it's motto is "One happy little island." VERY hard to have any cares in the midst of such beauty!

We went to Palm Beach to do some Stand Up Paddle Boarding and while that was fun and SUPAruba was great, we were not impressed with the beach at all. We were staying in the low rise section so were on Eagle Beach quite a bit... and when we to Palm, we wondered why so many stay there. Yes, the hotels looks amazing and if a huge upscale is your thing, then you don't have much of a choice. But strictly speaking of the beach, we won't go to Palm again. No comparison between it and Baby, Arashi, or Eagle. Too many people, beach is too narrow, sand is nice but not the same as the other beaches I mentioned. Great food and amenities, but we won't be back.

Bring you coffee cup or water bottle to avoid the sand in your drink.
You need to use sunscreen with SPF 30 and higher to avoid burn. The sun in Aruba is very strong.
