I collected Canadian and international postage stamps as a youth. In fact, my stamp collection won a prize at a Cub & Scout Exhibit during Baden-Powell Week in the 1960's. Going back to this place certainly gives one the impression what a working Post Office from over 100 years looks like from that time period. Beisides reliving history here, one sees how the basics of the postal system hasn't changed that much. That is, placing your correspondence in a envelope, placing a stamp on it than maiiling it to the destination that it is intented for. The methods of getting there in a timely maybe faster than over 100 years but the concept is still the same here. In my personal opinion, glad that some traditions never change here. They maybe trying to go private with the Royal Mail in the UK but haven't heard if they are going to do this in Bermuda island.
