From start to finish the guys at BB looked after us brilliantly. Our dive instructor guided us through the training at the pool with patients and built confidence getting us ready for open water. Myself and daughter (age 11) we're lucky enough to have Russell as our instructor - although the whole team were friendly helpful and informative, we could not fault a thing. Diving wrecks at around 10m deep! tons of different type of fish, arrow crabs, sea cucumbers and even a green turtle. Great value for money. Thanks to all at BB for an amazing experience.

I was so impressed with our experience at BB. Everything that was stated at booking was followed through on. We were on a cruise and BB contacted us to let up know that we needed to take a cab to their shop. They took care of the additional expense. The equipment was top notch. The dive master did a great job ensuring our experience was safe and memorable. I was also impressed with the care and concern the other dive guide took with two young divers.
The two dives we experienced with BB were the best dives yet for us. We saw lots of sea turtles! We hope to be back!

Fantastic snorkelling with turtles and ship wrecks.
Made to feel very welcome and in safe hands.
There were divers as well as our group snorkelling. Guides really know their stuff.
Would highly recommend, we had a happy, safe and fun time.
Very reasonably priced too!
Thanks to all the guys at Barbados Blue :))

We booked a trip with Barbados Blue through Tripintelligent. Perhaps it was miscommunication, but we didn't get what we were promised. We signed up for the Turtle Snorkel & Shipwreck. Barbados Blue was supposed to pick us up from the cruise dock at the tourism office per our instructions typed on our ticket voucher. They did not show up. The tourism office was nice enough to call and they instructed us to "just take a cab". We entered the crazy taxi lines of Barbados and took a cab- of which they thankfully paid. They then told us we hadn't paid, although, thankfully I had my receipt. The lady at the counter argued for a moment before I pointed to where it said paid. We then boarded the boat to snorkel and the area by the turtles was so crowded with other tours that we barely go to see the turtles. I was kicked and kicked others several times due to overcrowding. The duration of the activity was to be 2 hours with 2.5 given as total duration. The entire duration including riding on the boat to the turtles was 65 minutes. Worse, when we got back to the beach, they just said goodbye, and were going to leave us to make our way back to the cruise ship. We had to ask for a ride back. They acted very inconvenienced. They said possibly in an hour they could get us back. We hung out on the beach until then. We went back to the office after an hour and they reluctantly put us in someone's personal truck (don't know if he worked there or not) who drove us back to the dock. The whole operation was unprofessional. The turtles and shipwreck, boat ride, etc... would have been fine and we tried to make the best of it. We just didn't get what we were promised with rides there and back, etc... It was so crowded we couldn't get pictures.
