We first ate at this small kebab shop on our first night in Barbados - it was later and we didn't feel like a full meal. We ordered a beef kebab wrap and a falafel wrap. The beef wrap was great, seasoned as if they were using lamb, which would be more traditional. The falafel wrap was good - not great. But the overall experience made us want to return, and so we went one day, arriving just before they opened at noon. We were the only ones there and even though they didn't open for 10 more minutes, they took our order for another beef kebab wrap, a chicken kebab wrap, and a side plate of hummus. This was at 10 minutes to 12. At 12:20 we were still waiting. By 12:30 we were still waiting, and at least 2 people had come and been served before our food was ready. Finally around 12:40 our food was brought out. The beef kebab was good as before. The chicken kebab wrap was not my favorite, it just did not have an authentic Middle Eastern flavor to it. And the hummus plate was very small, and there were no pitas. After our first visit I would have given this perhaps 5 stars. But the ridiculous wait for our food on the second visit, when we were the first ones to arrive, was unforgivable. If there had been a crowd with others in front of us, it would have been understandable, but not when we were the first to arrive. And I just didn't really like the chicken kebab wrap that much.
