We chose La Guernica because of the setting: ocean front view, sunset and cool decor. The food and service, however, came pale in comparison of the setting. Our waiter was more interested in waving at the passing traffic than tending to us. When I asked him if the Ribs on entree menu are the same as the tapas, he said NO with no intention of clarifying the difference. We quickly ordered a few dishes and got out of there fast (and still hungry). The shrimp sautee in butter was just okay (something that can be done at home), the Mediteranian vegetables tasted like stir fry vegetables in tomato sauce. The ribs had alot of fat and had cupboard smell.
