It doesn't look much. The menus are rough, the tablecloth plastic, and the waitress communicates in Spanish with a smattering of other languages. But the food is great - much better than fancier places. Great snapper, risotto chicken, good sides (Yucca and Plantains), great desert (tres leches), and a pleasant, unpretentious atmosphere.
