“Terrible Service topped with Terrible Food”
Reviewed 17 August 2014

The waitress took our order. Pretty simple one that included a well done hamburger and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The hamburger came out raw (seriously it was brown on the outside and moo-ing on the inside). The peanut butter sandwich was really toast with some peanut butter in little cups. No Jelly. For each item we wanted fixed the waitress acted as if she was being inconvenienced. My daughter eat her peanut butter toast and then the jelly showed up a half hour later. For my wife the woman made someone else deliver the hamburger and when I asked her directly for the bill she REFUSED to handle it herself. She sent someone else to take the card and run it. Down right rude and seriously should be fired.

“Great lunch spot”
Reviewed 9 August 2014 via mobile

We had such a great lunch of Dutch sandwiches and beachy surroundings, we had to go back for more before our week in Bonaire was over. Order the house-named sandwich and the snack plate.

“Fantastic Sunset”
Reviewed 7 August 2014

Again, we walked out the front of Harbour Village and around the corner to the Spice Beach Club for an early dinner (before 6pm). We got there early, and without a reservation were able to get a table on the water to watch the sunset. It was very, very nice. They are between a tapas and appetizer bar. But more like appetizer in portion size. Between the four of us, we ordered 7 items, and then added two more and four desserts, plus two bottles of wine for about $200 including a tip. I had my first portion of lionfish (tempura) which was delicious! The staff was friendly and actually seemed to enjoy our company! It was really quite nice! I would return, but go just when they open. Nine portions for 4 people was perfect (including two teenage boys!). Ask for a table outside so you can watch the sunset and enjoy the lionfish!

“good but takes a long time”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

The food was very good but instead of a meal you order small plates and it takes about an hour between each plate. I guess that is the european way.. very tasty

“Great nightlife and great beach”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

Bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were very well priced for the island. One of the best beaches (for non snorkeling purposes) on the island.
