This bar has Hemingway influence throughout! It's a locals hangout and John, the owner is a really good guy to chat with...he has a collection of vinyl LPs with original covers to die for...everything from Muddy Waters, Aretha Franklin, Frank Sinatra, Elvis...some nights they even play them...
Great bar to go have a cigar and a cocktail...he even keeps a small stash of Cubanos you can buy and smoke...
This place has character!

As a resident and frequent visitor I am not exactly unbiased however my review is not based on a single visit in which things accidentally go wrong. This review is a thorough field research.
Little Havana is not a sports bar nor is it a grand cafe. This bar is the place on island where friends gather, where first time visitors feel welcome, it is a place for all of us. The staff is amazingly service focused. The beers are ice cold, the coffee is freshly brewed, the music is a good mix of jazz, southern rock and other styles. It is always in perfect balance with the age and style of the current visitors. The best time to visit is at the end of the day: no happy hour bs but reasonably priced drinks served on a wide and airy terrace with great views over the Caribbean sea.
Little Havana is highly recommended.

I just happened to be walking around Kralendijk and find this place. Seemed like the people sitting outside were locals and I decided to investigate, glad I did I loved this place. It is a low key bar with great music, cigars and beer! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and I bombarded them with questions as it was my first time to the island. Ended up going back several times. Will go back in the future.

Always a great time in Havana Bonaire. Great crew at the bar, Koen and Frederick.
The place were the locals / expats and divers / tourist come after hours and of course for that perfect Mojito after diner and a day of diving.
