We stayed 2 weeks in the Kadushi apartment and never wanted to leave!!
Blachi Koko is situated close to the centre of Kralendijk, only 10 minutes walk and there is a small beach only a few hundred metres from the apartment.
The apartment was very spacious and clean and everything we needed was thought off (hairdryer, complete kitchen equipment, deck chairs). We loved the typical Bonairian style decorations and colours and also the garden is a nice place to relax and read a book.
The owners Matthieu and Laeti are lovely and very helpfull. They gave us some great tips to explore the island.

We stayed for two weeks in lovely Blachi Koko. We were welcomed warmly by Matthieu & Laetitia and had a great relaxing time. The appartments are very clean, we had a lot of privacy and located close to the beach and Kralendijk down town. We will definitely return to Blachi Koko.

We stayed one week in the one-bedroom downstairs apartment.

Nice Features: the owners are gracious and accommodating; the landscaping is lush and aesthetically pleasing; the apartment is fairly new and nicely decorated; there's a convenient dive equipment dunk tank and shed for locking up equipment; all the other guests were friendly so there was a sense of community; the bedroom air conditioner worked very well, as did all the appliances; 5 minute drive from the airport; peaceful and quiet; cable TV in the bedroom; complementary beer, wine and soda in the refrigerator upon our arrival; convenient parking

Improvements needed: during our 7 day stay, we only got one visit from housekeeping; the bathroom is inadequately ventilated and consequently the tile floor is very moldy; only the bedroom is air conditioned; the living room is too small to be functional for anything other than eating a meal; mosquitos forced us to keep windows and doors closed from sunset through 8am, making the living room to hot to use; the only security at night is a locked gate; the wireless network was down

The Bottom Line: The Blachi Koko delivers a lot for a reasonable price. I recommend it.

(Guests reported minor theft of clothing left outside to dry on a previous stay at Blachi Koko. We experienced theft last year at the Sand Dollar. The island has a petty theft problem, and the Blachi Koko is not immune from it. This is not a criticism of Blachi Koko, just an overall observation for all travelers headed to Bonaire. The petty theft is annoying, but the inhabitants are friendly happy people and there is no sense of physical danger.)

We found the apartment thorugh internet after having read some other controbutions on tripadvisor. They are TRUE!! Location was fantastic, as shown on the website. The 2 guys that own the apartments (Laetitia and Matthieu are so kind, available and friendly that you really will think of them as friends after your trip) will provide you any kind of assistance and support: pick up to and from the airport, help in renting car; they also did some purchasing for us prior to our arrival, in order for us to be covered since we were arriving on December the 24th and the day after was Christmas!!

Blachi Koko really lived up to our expectations (couple + 2 kids 8, 9 yrs) and beyond. We had the large apartment upstairs and really loved the great rooms, large beds and spacious patio. Every few days the whole apartment got cleaned and the owners Matthieu & Laetitia were very helpfull (made some nice trips and explored some perfect reefs for snorkeling that we would not have discovered without them). Excellent transport to & from the airport (arriving at 03:30 AM!) and a few nice surprises in the fridge so that we were OK for the first essentials (cold beer after a first swim on the excellent close by reef). Definitely recommended, not too far from the city centre of Kralendijk and our choice for the next time Bonaire. As read in the other reviews noise during our stay was low/minimal. Mosquitoes however because of the start of the rainy season were abundant but well being kept in control (esp keeping the bedroom doors closed) with the normal repellents.

Is a clean, well ubicated and nice place to be in Bonaire. Matthieu, was a very helpful host, very serviceable and friendly, no complications at all. If you are a diver, Caribb Inn diving shop is on the next door for you, also a good place to go for our loved sport. They usually go by boats to the diving spots, but you, of course, could do shore diving as the usual pratice in Bonaire.
Blachi koko has wifi internet in the apartment and good airco in the room ( I took a one bedroom apartment.
Is good idea to rent a car in order to do more things with your family in the island.
