The Centro Andaluz is a total unexpected wonderful surprise in Cuba! Restaurant inside, groundlevel very nice and stylish. First floor terrace very cosy with breathtaking view over the Parque Central. Second floor terrace for BBQ is to open soon, but looked already very promising. I did not know that it was possible to eat this kind of refined cuisine in Havana. Michelin star restaurant level of quality and perfect service and attention by whole staff! Ask Lucio, the owner and chef, to present you with the specialities of the day! Starters are just amazing, not only taste but also presentation. Main course, tenderloin filet of beef with blue cheese sauce and chocolate was simply overwhelming. Many different wines and Champaign at very competitive prices. The most surprising of the evening is the bill at the end... really cheap in comparison to state restaurants, and even more to western prices. Could go there three times a day :-) A must do during your stay in Havana.
