Got into Cuba about 2 in the afternoon after a 9 hour flight.
They sat us in the far corner of hotel boiling hot after a good 20 mins we got a drink, then they gave us wrist bands and room details, when we got to rooms they where filthy broken cupboards, toilet was dirty, I complained and was moved to 2 bungalows which better.
Food was terrible chips 3 times a day cold, cut up sausage 3 times a day, never filled up empty
trays left for ages.
The only good thing I can say that Cuba was nice, the best beach I have seen the maids where helpful general staff where about 40% good but English was poor.More
