This was our 3rd time staying at Kawama...our last experience wasn't so go, but this time was great,
The staff and food have improved, rooms still need renovating, but if your lucky to get into a good room all is great, grounds need some tlc, beach was awesome.
This time half the resort was closed, and one entire section was occupied by Cubans living there(found this very odd) also found it strange that the staff at the lobby bar couldn't make a Spanish coffee at all, but all other drinks were good as always. All and all it was an improvement from our last stay, and were impressed with some of the changes, so much so we are returning again in Sept/Oct for 2 weeks with family. Really think if given some money and time this place could really be awesome.More
