During our stay in Curacao, we visited the Hato Caves during noon. Together with a guide, you enter the caves. There is a 49-step climb to enter the caves, so you'll get some 'free' exercise. Inside the caves, your guide will tell you all about the history of the caves and how things are formed. It can become quite humid inside the caves, so I'll advise to get a few bottles of water before you enter.
The tour itself takes about 30 minutes. Inside the two main caves, you are allowed to take pictures. In the other caves, it is prohobited, because flashes can scare the bats that live there.
The paths inside the caves are perfectly fine. If you are able to climb the 49 steps to get inside, the walk inside the caves won't give you any problems.
