“Unpleasant, average”
Reviewed 20 August 2014

Overcrowded, underwhelming, and hot. Average caves, crowded and not well designed for touring. Skip this and go to the beach.

“Beautiful; as far as caves go!”
Reviewed 10 August 2014 via mobile

The caves are a wonder to see but learning about and seeing where escaped slaves hid out in was interesting. The area of the caves that is toured is not that large but there are some impressive sights to see. It is located about a 5 minute drive from the airport. I recommend it.

“Interesting Visit”
Reviewed 4 August 2014

A unique landmark that's a cheap and easy destination to check out. The guide was friendly and informative, a bit of a hike up to get to them so not the greatest for people with physical disabilities. The caves themselves were beautiful and had a lot of history. It's literally right next to the airport so if you have a half hour to spare before you need to check in, stop over and see it.

“Worth the Trip!”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

Very interesting history and captivating views within the cave system. Our guide was phenomenal! Very nice way to spend a morning. Be forewarned that there are quite a few stairs to climb and it can be steep at times. It is also VERY warm inside the caves, so if that's an issue for you take a pass.

We enjoyed this very much. Guide was great. We really got personal tour as out of our entire group she had to address the group in Danish them us only in English ! Climb was not hard. Hot in caves but bearable. Bats are cool. Worth it.
