A business trip, checked in late last night. Front desk very lethargic in the late evening. Had a hard time finding my room by myself (room 207) not in the place it would be expected, but hidden around a corner. At 7:00am went down for breakfast and they say it does not start until 8:00am! I start work at 8:15am and I mention to the staff that for any hotel 8:00am is too late. They offer t make me something for 7:30am. The fruit dish was ROTTEN, I had to spit it out and ask for a glass of water to rinse my mouth (and that took 5 minutes to get!). The foo on the plate was aweful looking (fried egg, 1 bread 1 slice cheese/ham). Egg fried to the max. I went to the kitchen and the man in charge was justifying everything instead of trying to find a solution. Very rude and should not be working in hospitality (his name is Tonchi). I then went to the front desk wanting to speak to the general manager and was informed that she (Samari) does not arrive until noon. If I could find another hotel on short notice I would, but I am here on business and must be at my customers site all day so I am stuck in this nightmare......
