Dinner da solo May 4, 2014. Delicious food, beautifully presented, and nutritious. Pleasant courtyard setting. Really impressed not only by the nicely cooked lion fish, but by the variety of individually prepared fresh vegetables that accompanied it. The long beans, the long strips of carrot, zucchini, yellow squash, the crown of broccoli, the scoop of julienned potato gratin, the hidden tangle of dark green seaweed were not just used to paint a pretty pattern on the plate, they were delicious. Lovely meal.

Count 100 USD per person. But it us worth. The ambience in the courtyard is phantastic and the dishes are fabulous. Good wines even if you want only a glass. And the service very nice. We had a relaxing and sympathetic evening.

Still in our beach/swimming outfits, we opted for Seasons because of the great reviews. We were lucky to have a table as the rest of the restaurant was fully booked. No word about our swimming shorts and flip-flops ;p .. nice! We had the best food on the island hands down, some good wine too! I would recommend the asparagus bitterball as an appertizer!

Beautifully plated and creatively presented entrees painstakingly prepared using seasonal ingredients. Wonderful hummus and flavored butter generously served with fresh bread. Excellent desserts.

I had the privilege of eating here and my wife and I were treated with a true dining destination. The outdoor courtyard is lovely and creates a good mood.
Our service was very good in the fine dining realm.
We were impressed with not one but two special menus. One local ingredient special menu and the other reflecting the chefs Flemish heritage with an all asparagus inspired menu.
We were treat with an excellent amouse bouche duo one being an asparagus consume and the other a truffled egg salad on house made sesame cracker.
Our appetizers were excellent and consisted of homage ravioli with a shaved truffle sauce and my wife had the evening soup.
For our main course my lion fish with goose liver was simply amazing. My wife's duo of fish and asparagus was excellent. Our dessert were also very good. Seasons had a nice wine list and good selection of wines by the glass. When our dinner was over we were surprised that this was one of our less expensive meals of the week.
