“Good place for a little lunch”
Reviewed 9 February 2014

We had a nice little lunch here surrounded by birds and some beautiful views. It is very close to Ti Tou Gorge so a trip there before or after lunch isn't a bad idea.

“Amazing views and vista almost make you forget to eat!”
Reviewed 21 October 2013

Papillote is on the side of the mountain valley at the Trafalgar Falls. The view from the open air dining area make you almost forget to eat. The food is first rate, but Island in nature. Not a 5 Star, but clearly well worth the time and trouble to get there. Relax and enjoy the view, have a leisurely meal and savor the time well spent. Good burgers and sandwiches and their soups are to die for. Their chef is a master at making terrific loacl style soups.

“Amazing experience!”
Reviewed 5 August 2013

Went for lunch, the staff was very accommodating and the food was amazing! While you wait for your incredible meal to arrive (highly recommend the flying fish or the shrimp) try some fresh fruit juices or head down the stairs to the hot spring pool and the waterfall! There are paths that take a winding route around the area to see more of the rainforest. See lots of interesting flora and fauna and be sure to check out the 3D map of dominica on the wall! Will definitely be back!

“Great afternoon and evening”
Reviewed 18 March 2013

We have been to Papillote's several times and have never been disappointed. We usually spend the afternoons touring the gardens, then relaxe in the hot springs with the cold spring right beside it. This is always a wonderful part of our time in Dominica. Following our soak in the hot and cold springs, we move to the beautiful open restaurant for rum punches and a leisurely dinner. The dinner can be described as gourmet and always includes plenty of local produce with great spicing and flavours. We are now looking forward to our next visit to Dominica and to Papillote's.
