Was included with our city tour so it was actually ok. Quick history is given to you before entering (family owned business/in business since the 1800's/now a rich family yadayadayada).
We walked on a catwalk through a packaging factory and basically just saw workers hanging around watching the machinery. Then we were lead to the store where they had samples for you to try. The prices there seemed to be reasonable starting at $3 a bottle. Good stop to pick up a few bottles but calling it an actual rum factory tour was a bit off.
