This was a beautiful resort. We had the family concierge service with Luisa Villafana and she was remarkable. She was very attentive and met every request we had. Luisa went out of her way to see that our stay was everything we dreamed of...so much so that we decided to stay one more day.
The food at all the restaurants was delicious; featuring many different cuisines from Italian to Mexican to Mediterranean.
For the adventurous traveler, the Zip Line excursion is a lot of fun. We also did the Discovery Catamaran boat tour with snorkeling and a lobster lunch...amazing!

Room Tip: Building 42-rooms2424 & 2423. Great view of the pool. Close to the Reserve pool and Gabi Restaur...

The best thing about this resort is the personal concierge service by Luisa Villafana. We could get ahold of her at anytime and she would help us no matter what our need was. We stayed in building 42 which was the perfect location to the pool and buffet.

Overall a fantastic place, beautiful grounds, immaculate, staff are incredible and go above and beyond. Fantastic kids program and pool. Food was what I expected, but always something to eat and the kids loved the frozen gelato machine by the pool. Dinner that was our favorite was Vento, the chocolate souffle is amazing!
Beach is beautiful, the shuttle comes very often so no big deal, however, we chose to walk most of the time.
Will return most definitely!

Well, this resort was labeled 'brand new', which is not the case. So, right there, I was very disappointed as the rooms had some wear and tear and were not up to 5 star par. My husband and I are very spoiled by the quality of the CABO SAN LUCAS resorts and have high expectations. We love good food. The food was just okay. But, the grounds were lush and beautiful and thankfully (thank you, sweet Geremis!) they had bikes for us to ride around, as the Reserve property is very spread out. But, walking around is very enjoyable, especially coming from 16 degree snowy weather in Pittsburgh. The beach there is awesome.

Returned last night from an amazing vacation at the Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana with my wife and two children (7 & 9). Our Family Concierge, Estefania Ruiz, was absolutely wonderful! She took care of our dinner reservations and made sure to book the best cabanas for us at the beach or pool every day. She greeted us each morning with a smile, was awesome with our children and was there for us any time we needed any assistance whatsoever. She was polite & professional and we were very appreciative of her excellent service. Thank you so much Estefania! The "Kids Zone" and the staff that work there are incredible - friendly, caring & fun. The ladies at the Kids Zone are all doing a great job, they really seem to enjoy what they do. That goes for the entire staff at the Paradisus, from the servers to the concierge to the housekeepers...everyone does their job with a smile. The food was incredible too. Fuego, Aqua and Bana were standouts. The buffet restaurants were good. Breakfast at Gabi buffet was awesome! The Reserve has its own little private section on the gorgeous beach which is truly spectacular. Its less than 10 minute walk but there are plenty of shuttles (extended golf carts) that come through to bring you there. Walking was nice because the tropical landscaping is breathtaking. Once on the beach, Ramien Ramirez will bring drinks right to your cabana, he is super cheerful and fast and works very hard to take great care of everyone out there. Wish we did not have to leave this perfect family vacation!

Room Tip: If you have children under 10, Family Concierge is a must!

Overall experience at this hotel was paradise. The entire staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating. There were some with language barriers but managed very well to please us. The entire grounds is breathtaking and the suites at the reserve were fantastic. We truly had a relaxing family vacation.
My only negative remarks would be the food. We had the dining plan but the food in all the establishments were a disappointment. The quality and variety of good wasn't what we were expecting. Also would have liked to see some dishes from the Domincan Republic represented. Considering how much this vacation cost and how wonderful everything was, the food was a huge disappointment. Lastly, all the shows at night were for adults only so it would have been nice if they actually offered some family entertainment at night. There was nothing to do after dinner besides walk around and head back to our suite.

My family and I stayed at the Reserve section of the resort in mid-February and this was our 6th time coming to the Paradisus Punta Cana. Coming from the northeastern U.S. we were ready for a break from winter and we got it. The Reserve Beach is beautiful and we enjoyed all the restaurants with our two boys, age 11 and 8. We wanted to give special mention to some of the staff members who treated us like family: Frank Martinez from the Hidro Grill, our Family Concierge Nikei (who helped to make sure our dinner reservations were all taken care of), the Reserve Manager Silvio, and the Reserve Beach staff of Mikei and Ramon. Both Mikey MIke and Ramon do an AWESOME job of taking care of everybody and helping them to enjoy their time on the beach. They have been working at the Reserve Beach since we started coming to this resort and they remember you, where you are from, what you like to drink, etc. Nothing but first class service.
