Where do I begin....This was such a beautiful honeymoon. It was everything that I can imagine. My Husband and I arrived on Sunday June 22nd and stayed until June 29th. We went out on 2 excursions that the resort offered, one was the Boogie cars and the other was the Safari adventure, both were fantastic!!! The resort itself was clean and everybody was welcoming and very polite. We had 2 people that were are Concierge, Leidy and Yeuri who made us feel like we were family. They prepared a lovely evening in our suite with bubbles in the Jacuzzi, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and rose petals on the floor, bed and Jacuzzi. Our Suite was on the Reserve side of the resort and well worth the extra money for the room. It felt like it was our own apartment. Well I can write a book here because I was so Pleased with the services that they offer at the resort, but I will just leave it at.... this is the place to go if you want to have a wonderful vacation with family or your Significant other. There is something for everyone here. Thank you for making my Honeymoon AMAZING!!!! We will be back and will recommended to others!!!!

We had a great week of vacation at the Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana. The accomodations were roomy for our family of 6. We had a master suite with an adjoining junior suite and nobody ever felt like they couldn't get some privacy. The Reserve is a little walk to the beach and although they had golf carts and trolleys driving around they were often full and not available. It wasn't a big deal to walk except sometimes in the middle of the day when it was really hot. As far as the beach went, it was beautiful and clean and the water was warm. The wait staff on the beach was wonderful! Maiker (Mikey) and Santos were very welcoming and constantly walking around in that heat to be sure everyone had what they needed. They seemed to recognize each family as they came onto the beach and made everyone feel that they were special.
The pool area was also very nice. We made use of the swim up bar and for the most part we were left to ourselves which was fine by us.
The one criticism would be our building concierge. They often were absent from the desk or on the phone. We were going on an excursion one day and the concierge said a snack pack would be ready for our family in the morning before we left....it was not so we went without. I would have packed our own water for the excursion but it turned out not to be much of an issue anyway.
I would happily recommend the resort to anyone. It was a wonderful vacation!!
This was a great resort. The restaurants were delicious. Our favorite was Mole & The Grill. Perfect for families. We all loved the beach party and the nightly shows. The staff was super friendly. Especially Anabel! Gracias!
This is a nice resort. Very large, but you just jump on the resort golf cart trolleys to get around, grab a complimentary bicycle, or walk to get around. The buffet on the beach is excellent, staff very friendly, and the food was great. Wear a top & shoes even though it's open to the beach. Skip the beach buffet associated with the "royal club". That one had terrible food and the service even worse.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and mostly clean. Don't plan on sleeping in the pull out sofa. There are stains that I assume are from wet bathing suits on the cushions. Jacuzzi tubs are in a separated room between the bedroom and spacious bath. We have the opportunity to tour the family suite while considering upgrading our rooms. This was large and very nice, perfect fora family stay. Beware, garden view means facing the little road that the golf carts travel on all day & night to transport guests around the resort. It's not terrible, but get a pool or ocean facing room instead if you can.
