The attention to detail on the construction of this resort is second to none! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the resort is beautiful and this is definitely only place I will stay I Punta Cana when I return.

This place is second to none. Absolutely the best resort I have ever been to. My parents were here in march and said it was the best place ever so I had to come and see. They were on the spot with their review. I am so amazed at this place. The hotel is so upper class and so clean. The food is wow. Steaks. Sushi. Whatever u want is here. Food is so upscale. The pools and the beaches are so amazing. The staff are so great to deal with. All they care about is satisfying your wants and make sure your happy. I am shocked truly how amazing this place is. The water park for kids is spectacular. Amazing x 500. Can't beat this place.

The hotel was amazing, really friendly staff and Domingo and Claudia were out standing.
Our room in Block 5, was wonderful and our house keeper was really attentive.
On arrival/ after dinner and very tired after a very long travelling day,we had to make 3 phone calls and wait 50 minutes for our 7 year old daughters bed to be set up! May see trivial however we had all been awake for 15 hours plus the time difference of - 5 hours. We found the empathy was very understated... So if you arrive with small children make this your priority and get beds sorted earlier....
Foods was lovely, we really enjoyed the Tapas restaurant.
Only down side was the rude and totally arrogant Puerto Rico's,who pushed themselves at the bars and thought they basically owned the place.
They were very rowdy at the main pool and at times blocked the pool bar...
Loved the hotel, however would not or return or recommend to friends or family because of the influence of the Puerto Rico's.
We were told because we went out of season, they sell cheaply to them to fill the resort.....
Such a shame as we work really hard and enjoyed our holiday, however it could of been amazing instead of ok......
Another downfall is the amount of "memories" hotel guests that obviously paid a lot less than we did, had full use of our hotel and restaurants...this seems to be unreal and think needs to be revalued......
Evening entertainment ( if you call that ) has a lot to be desired.... Only entertaining was the Michael Jackson tribute ( however once you'd seen once).... Most out standing was the trapeze act, which were a credit to the resort....

The rooms were modern with a great luxury feel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is right at the beautiful part of the beach. I was there for the 4th of July weekend and they had a big celebration with fireworks, a band, and a great DJ. I'm going back here as soon a possible! I loved it.

We stayed for 2 weeks near the start of July.

The resort itself is beautiful and very clean and modern. Upon arrival we were greeted with some cocktails in the Diamond Club lounge and met our own private butler MANUEL, who was very polite and helpful, he took us on a tour of the resort and then to our room. We were on the 2nd floor of the adult only building with a fantastic view, could not have asked for a better room.

To get a true 5 star experience at this resort I believe you need to be in the Adult Section, The service by JOSE CEDANO, ELVIRA REYES and ANGEL at the adult pool/bar really did make our holiday. Their service throughout the day was impeccable and personal, they would greet us each day with our favorite drinks and even remember our drinking patterns of what we like to drink at certain times of the day.

Our Butler MANUEL always made sure he found us on the resort almost everyday to make sure we were okay and that we had everything we needed, he also made sure we had all our reservations sorted for the 2 week stay.

The service throughout the resort was a bit hit and miss, sometimes in restaurants you would need to ask 3 or 4 different times for a drink before it arrives. Hunters Steak House and the Japanease ZEN restaurant are very overrated, the show cooking is rather boring compared to others we have been to, and the meal itself is quite bland, with no option for a starter etc. If you do go to Zen I would advise you to just eat near the bar on one of the non-show cooking tables, as then you are not rushed and get a better menu.

Our favourite was the Tapas restaurant Cava, small portions, but you can get as many as you want, we got a selection of the whole menu which fills you more than enough, the service in here was also faultless on both occasions that we ate there. In particular on the first time with one of our waiters, her name was INES and was very good but also had a great sense of humour.

A couple of other staff were really good throughout our stay, and they were JULIAN and ESTEBAN at the Sands Bar (best bar at the resort). NESTOR from the Sushi Bar and RAFAEL who was at the Under the sea restaurant.

The only negatives really is that the other pools are quite small, which naturally gets crowded, the swim up bar especially. One annoying problem is that they have the very average shows out on the gazebo, rather than in the theature, meaning of a night, it is almost impossible to sit outside the the lobby and have a nice drink from the bar. They should either put the shows in the theatre, or fill the ground with tables and chairs at this time.

I also found if baffling that none of the restaurants actually have drinks menu's, there literally should be one on every single table, whether it be a restaurant or bar.

All in all, was a great holiday, mainly thanks to the adult only section and the people mentioned above.
