Wow! We were o group of 15 (3 families, ages 11-50). Each family stayed in the 2 bedroom presidential diamond club rooms. An excellent choice for families. The resort was very clean & tastefully decorated. Diamond club is definitely worth the extra. Our butler, Junior, was very nice and took very good care of us. The diamond club beach area was wonderful. Fernando took extremely good care of our group in this area. Two of us had a birthday & Fernando set us up a beach party complete with decorations & cake! The waitresses, rosa & marisol did a nice job as well. We took advantage of the free hydro therapy spa everyday. Several of us also indulged ourselves with massages & facials. The ladies in the spa were fantastic.

The only down side was that one night 2 men tried to enter one of our rooms using some sort of device on the lock. They claimed to be with the hotel when approached, but when we turned our back to them to call the front desk to confirm why they were in our room, they scattered. The front desk said they sent no one to work on our lock. We never did find out who these men were. Just be cautious & aware. It was a little difficult to explain to the people at the desk what had occurred because of the language barrier , but they changed our keys & the rest of the trip was uneventfful.

The restaurants were very good except. Our favorites were the Japanese & the steak. The ice cream tasted strange at the ice cream parkour.

Room Tip: Building 5 or 6 are the best. We were not able to get the 2 bedroom suites as a swim up room but it would be awesome if you could. The swim up rooms are the best.

The attention to detail on the construction of this resort is second to none! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the resort is beautiful and this is definitely only place I will stay I Punta Cana when I return.

This place is second to none. Absolutely the best resort I have ever been to. My parents were here in march and said it was the best place ever so I had to come and see. They were on the spot with their review. I am so amazed at this place. The hotel is so upper class and so clean. The food is wow. Steaks. Sushi. Whatever u want is here. Food is so upscale. The pools and the beaches are so amazing. The staff are so great to deal with. All they care about is satisfying your wants and make sure your happy. I am shocked truly how amazing this place is. The water park for kids is spectacular. Amazing x 500. Can't beat this place.

The hotel was amazing, really friendly staff and Domingo and Claudia were out standing.
Our room in Block 5, was wonderful and our house keeper was really attentive.
On arrival/ after dinner and very tired after a very long travelling day,we had to make 3 phone calls and wait 50 minutes for our 7 year old daughters bed to be set up! May see trivial however we had all been awake for 15 hours plus the time difference of - 5 hours. We found the empathy was very understated... So if you arrive with small children make this your priority and get beds sorted earlier....
Foods was lovely, we really enjoyed the Tapas restaurant.
Only down side was the rude and totally arrogant Puerto Rico's,who pushed themselves at the bars and thought they basically owned the place.
They were very rowdy at the main pool and at times blocked the pool bar...
Loved the hotel, however would not or return or recommend to friends or family because of the influence of the Puerto Rico's.
We were told because we went out of season, they sell cheaply to them to fill the resort.....
Such a shame as we work really hard and enjoyed our holiday, however it could of been amazing instead of ok......
Another downfall is the amount of "memories" hotel guests that obviously paid a lot less than we did, had full use of our hotel and restaurants...this seems to be unreal and think needs to be revalued......
Evening entertainment ( if you call that ) has a lot to be desired.... Only entertaining was the Michael Jackson tribute ( however once you'd seen once).... Most out standing was the trapeze act, which were a credit to the resort....

The rooms were modern with a great luxury feel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is right at the beautiful part of the beach. I was there for the 4th of July weekend and they had a big celebration with fireworks, a band, and a great DJ. I'm going back here as soon a possible! I loved it.
