Owner description: Comprised of two sublime waterfalls that plunge more than 70 feet into crystal pools. Together they make up the island's highest waterfall.

We went to Mt Caramel Falls 2nd week January 2012! It's definitely one of the best highlights of our Grenada holiday. It has a very easy access, and there are locals, especially a guy called Akim that guides you. To the falls, explaining and describing very single tree. Or plant you see on your way... And there are plenty: mangos, papayas, bananas, golden apple, palm, nutmeg, etc... It's a beautiful rain forest that you go through and get to the beautiful falls. There are two falls. The big and tall one that has a small natural pool at its feet, and the smaller falls, that has a large pool you can enjoy swimming in. It's a magical experience if you stand under the waterfall and experience a natural water massage!

It definitely made our day of driving around the island in a hire car. Akim was brilliant explaining everything , guiding and enveloping us, for just a little tip!

We were staying at La Sagesse when we decided to drive out to the falls. We werent sure where we'd find them as they arent very well signposted but as soon as we turned the corner towards the falls we got flagged down from the road by some locals. They showed us the path that involved taking some stairs through someone's backyard, then a leisurely 10 minute stroll in the rainforest brings you to these great falls. We had the whole place to ourselves for the time we were there. It was lovely and refereshing. Recommended.
