This place has a very mild and refreshing feeling. It's antique surrounding makes it a very cosy place to be. Its staff is really tremendous..The room is like a home away from home (really gr8).....bathroom has all the amenities it should have....breakfast was right on target---->the swimming pool was something to die for (very private especially at nights)....picturesque environment......gr8 parking lots----->very safe.........area is quiet and very peaceful.........WE love Alhambra Inn....and hope to visit soon!!! :) :)

This is a very nice plantation islander Inn.
Gated, safe, with lush gardens, full of island antiques decor, water fountains, nice but limited bar and restaurant, make this hotel a very nice place to relax and rest.
Rate is very good the services.
Enjoy Jamiaca

The Alhambra Inn is a stunningly beautiful hotel on the eastern edge of Kingston, just blocks from the National Stadium, convenient to downtown, uptown, the university and the airport. The architecture is Spanish, with red tile roofs and balconies. There are covered courtyards with plants everywhere. An incredibly peaceful place in a very un-peaceful city. Expensive at about $80 US but worth every penny, and you won't find nicer in Kingston. Oh, yes, there are walls, security, parking, and a nice pool.
